Data policy

We collect your email, company name, role, phone/Zalo and the details of your sourcing requests in order to create your account and connect you with suppliers. Collection only happens when you enter the data and consent (Vietnam PDPL 91/2025).

Your information is forwarded to a supplier only when you tick the consent box in the connection request form. You may request deletion of your account at any time by email.

Supplier data in the directory is published business information. Companies may request corrections or removal of their profile.

Retention: search logs are deleted after 180 days, login sessions expire after 30 days and login codes after 10 minutes. IP addresses are only stored hashed, for abuse prevention.

You can delete your account yourself on the Account page (Delete account): your buyer profile, saved list and contact-view history are removed; connection requests you sent are kept anonymously.

You can download all your data (a JSON file) from the Account page, under My data.
