What “Verified” means

Every supplier profile on vnsupplychain.info shows a verification level. The level only tells you where the information comes from and what we have checked.

In search results, level 0 profiles are labelled “Unverified” and level 1–3 profiles “Verified”; the supplier page shows the exact level.

Level 0 Unverified Compiled from published sources
Compiled from published sources (a printed business directory, 2026 edition). Not verified by us or by the company; the information may be outdated.
Level 1 Verified Cross-checked / company-updated
The company has claimed the profile with an email address on its own company domain, or its tax code has been checked; the details are updated by the company itself.
Level 2 Verified Capability verified
vnsupplychain has reviewed documents and photos provided by the company (for example its business registration certificate, certificates, factory and product photos) to confirm its main products and production capability.
Level 3 Verified Factory visited / audited
vnsupplychain or a partner has visited or audited the factory in person.

A verification level only reflects the checks described above, at the time they were made. It is not a certification, guarantee or recommendation, and it does not guarantee product quality, delivery, the company’s financial standing or any transaction. vnsupplychain.info is not a party to any agreement between buyers and suppliers.

Before you order, do your own due diligence: request samples, check certificates with the issuing body, visit or audit the factory, and agree on contract and payment terms.

Spotted outdated or wrong information? Use the “Report incorrect information” button at the bottom of the supplier page. Companies can raise their level by claiming their profile.
